Clematis Mix (Red, Pink and White) 3 Plants Buy?

Clematis, or Woodland Vine, has been one of the most popular garden plants for hundreds of years. Even the ancient Greeks and Romans were said to be fans. Because the Clematis has been popular since ancient times, many hybrids are now available. The Clematis is also called the queen of climbers. It is easy to care for, has a long flowering period and comes in all shapes, colours and sizes. This mix contains 3 very different Clematis climbers, namely the following species:

'Clematis (white)
'Clematis Madame le Coulte' blooms with bright white flowers with a yellow centre. The flowers are about 13-15cm and bloom around June-August.

Clematis (red)
This Clematis blooms with red flowers with a yellow centre. The flowers grow from May to September, making it a real early bloomer. The flowers have a size of about 12-14cm.

Clematis 'Nelly Moser' (pink)
Clematis 'Nelly Moser' is the most striking of the three. This Clematis species has pale pink flowers, with a dark stripe on the petal. The plant flowers from May to September. Furthermore, the flowers grow about 12-17cm tall.

Care for
The Clematis is an easy garden plant to look after. Eventually they can grow up to 2 metres high! Furthermore, these climbers are extremely hardy (down to -20C) but do lose their leaves in winter. Before flowering starts, it is advisable to prune the plant back. That way, it will come back most beautiful the following spring. The Clematis likes to stand with its head in full sun. The roots, on the other hand, like to be sheltered.

Plant height

On delivery, the plants have a height of 20 to 30 cm (measured incl. pot). The plants are delivered in pots with a diameter of 9 cm.
