Shipping costs and delivery within Europe

Shipping costs are always charged for orders within Europe, but this does not apply to the Netherlands from € 60, Belgium from € 85 and Germany from € 95, in which case we deliver for FREE.

Orders within Europe are delivered within 3 to 8 working days. In high season or emergencies it may take longer, but you will be notified. We always aim to deliver your order within 8 working days.

Shipping costs to other countries

For shipments within Europe, delivery costs are always calculated, but not for the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. These costs are calculated in your shopping basket on the basis of a fixed price per shipment up to 23 kg (see country specification below).

If we deliver your order several times, you only pay the shipping costs once. Additional shipping costs may be charged for express deliveries and partial deliveries at the customer's express request (within the delivery time indicated when placing the order). Return costs:

If you exercise the right of withdrawal, the cost of returning the goods will be your responsibility.

If, due to the order value of your order, no costs have been charged for the shipment of the ordered goods to you, and if, when ordering several goods, you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal for a part of the goods, so that the value of the goods you retain does not reach the order value for free shipment, you shall have to pay the shipping costs for the shipment of the goods to you that would have been charged even if you had ordered only the goods you retain.
